We get the crowbar out this week on the DWO WhoCast as there is so much to fit into this episode.

Marty is recently returned from the fun that was the Invasion 09 convention up in Barking, UK and shares his thoughts on the days frivolities.  Tim Drury also kindly provided some sensational mp3 feedback on what went on during the day.  Our thanks to Derek and his team at Invasion 09 for inviting Marty along to the convention and also for making him feel so welcome on the day.

He managed to nab a few tasty interviews as well, and this week he talks to Peter Cellier, who appeared in Time-Flight as Andrews.

The WhoCast boys catch up on their DVD watching, with James reviewing The Rescue on DVD.

One of the shows most popular segments, Random Fandom, makes another appearance and we have for you two outstanding examples of fan creativity and endeavour.  One that can well be described as the grandfather (grandmother?) of Doctor Who websites out there and one that is truly a labour of love.

The mailbag is cracked open again this week and it covers the gamut of American fans and their toys, K9 and Doctor Who music!

Certainly something for everyone in this edition of the DWO WhoCast.

Only one thing on the mind of the DWO WhoCast this week.  A story with one bus, and lots of sand.  Trevor and Marty are joined by Tin Dog and they record their thoughts on Planet of the Dead, moments after its BBC1 Saturday tea-time broadcast.

See what the boys thought of this Easter special starring David Tennant as the Doctor, one of the last times we will be able to enjoy his performance in the series.

We also have a talk about the next special, Waters of Mars, and cover the latest news from all areas of Who-dom.

For this wishing to avoid being spoiled for the events of Planet of the Dead, you can join us for the news at the 27:21 mark and stay with us through to 35:26.  Join us again at 41:03 mark for the remainder of the show to ensure you remain spoiler-free.

DWO WhoCast episode 113

13 may be unlucky for some, so perhaps 113 is even more unlucky!  No such superstitious fears in the WhoCast camp this week as we dive into the episode with great gusto, here on the eve of a momentous occasion, new Doctor Who on our screens!

Trevor and Marty pick apart the trailers that have captured our attention over the past few weeks, those being the Planet of the Dead trailers, and the trailer for the new K9 live action series being filmed in Australia presently.  See what the boys think of these little tastes of what is to come.

We have a look inside the very large and overflowing DWO WhoCast mailbag again and read some of your feedback.  Charlie has also sent in an mp3, taking us to task for not reviewing the rest of the IDW comic The Forgotten, so he has decided to do it himself!  See what he thinks of this wonderful range of comics.

As well as the news, the DWO WhoCast 113 just what the Doctor ordered!
