This is a situation that needs to change, now.  So the DWO WhoCast has brought together some of the finest Doctor Who minds to try and work out the reasons for the lack of Doctor Who in the world outside of the UK.

Trevor and Marty are pleased to bring you feedback from more wonderments from the Doctor Who podcasting world with their insights and opinions on the matter.

Between us, we attempt to get to the bottom of the problem and come up with some practical and achievable solutions.
